Questions about the Leader Evolution Program.

The Leader Evolution Program is made specifically for mid-to-senior leaders with 5+ years of experience leading teams. If you're newer to leadership, our Igniting Leadership Program might be a better fit.
Our programs are experiential, so there is minimal commitment outside the program days. There will be some pre-program preparation work, reflection and real-life experimentation between days, and a post-program survey so we understand your experience.
We encourage you to choose a series that allows you to make all the dates. This is to make sure you maximise your own experience as the program builds day by day, and also so your cohort mates benefit fully from your presence. You must attend 80% of the program to graduate.
All three! A unique feature of Leadership Victoria programs is that you will learn alongside a wide range of leaders. Along with uplifting your leadership capability, you'll gain new perspectives and build connections with a diverse new peer group.
Once you complete the Leader Evolution Program, you'll join over 7,500 diverse leaders within our Alumni network. You'll also gain access to exclusive events and opportunities to continue your learning and connect with your Alumni peers.
You have the option to pay for your program registration through credit card, Google Pay, PayPal or by invoicing your organisation if they are sponsoring you.
